President and Principal Broker, Maui resident of 27 years. Founder (1988) and Past President of Maui Condo and Home Realty. Founding Board Member of ResortQuest International (1998 - NYSE). Past President of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) and the South Maui Destination Association.

Kimberly Dobson

 Guest Relations. Maui resident of 15 years. In addition to being married to Paul, Kim has worked with him for over 11 years. She has extensive experience in customer service as well as the travel industry. She is happy to handle any issue that comes her way.   

Sue Lester

Accountant - Real Estate Sales Person. Maui resident of 24 years. Sue has worked with Paul for 22 years. Previously, she has successfully managed the accounting and year end reporting for a 500 unit vacation rental condominium program. She enjoys the day to day challenge of property management and the close relationships that develop while working with property owners.

Laurie Killam

Operations Manager - Operations Manager - Maui resident for 25 years. Laurie has worked with Paul for 17 years and successfully managed his offices. Her experience in reservations, property management, owner relations, and guest satisfaction has brought her to this endeavor. Team work along with building and maintaining positive relationships is essential to Laurie.

Alex Fankhanel

Reservations Specialist - Alex has been a Maui resident for 21 years.  She has 17 years experience in the Maui vacation rental industry.  Her extensive experience in reservations, property management, accounting, owner relations and guest relations enable her to assist in all aspects of our Company.
