Policies, Terms & Conditions A credit card guarantee is to be completed for all reservations regardless of payment method. Payments: We will hold a tentative reservation for 10 days. The reservation may be cancelled unless a completed and signed credit card form is received within the 10 day period along with deposit. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival must be guaranteed with a credit card immediately. Payments can be made with check, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB. Final payments must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival and are non refundable. Christmas holiday reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival and are non refundable. Deposit Policy: All reservations require a 3 night deposit within the 10 day holding period. Homes require a 50% deposit within the 10 day holding period. Individual properties may require a security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for the Christmas holidays) for refund, less a 1 night cancellation fee. For reservations cancelled within the 45 days (60 days for Christmas) no refund will be issued.
