Known widely as an excellent choice for an island-style breakfast, Stella Blues features ample outdoor seating to enjoy coffee and banana nut pancakes in cool morning air. Expect fresh, locally grown fruit and produce served in the generously portioned salads and entrees. Maui raised beef and fresh fish from our local fishermen serve as the basis for a grand collection of excellent entrees!
