Kihei Kai Nani 12-136 beautifully renovated, comfortable and close to the beach! The unit has tile flooring throughout. The living room is air conditioned, has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, high speed and wireless internet.
The kitchen is remodeled with granite counters, new cabinets, modern appliance. There are many small appliances and accessories to make your culinary experience a pleasure. There is a seperate dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The bathroom is also updated with lovely granite.
The property has a large 60' pool, gas barbeques, shuffle board and laundry facilities. It is directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II with lifeguards, showers, picinic area, snorkeling and amazing sunsets! You can easily walk to the beach, good restaurants and shops. A quick drive will bring you to golf, first class resorts, more beaches and the Shops at Wailea.

The last time we were in Maui was 30 years ago. We were looking for a place to rent for our two week vacation and we found there is a major spread in rental rates in the Kihei area. The one bedroom condo at Kihei Kai Nani looked good on the VRBO website so we took a chance. We found the property just as described, within walking distance to most amenities and across the street from a great beach. We also had friends staying in a studio condo in Wailea while we were there and they were paying twice as much for half the space that we had. They also required a car to get to most amenities. The condo is also far enough from the street to get away from the traffic noise. This is not a 5 star resort but if you are looking for good value at a fair price, this is a great place to stay.
