A townhouse (two story) condominium in the heart of Kihei, it is perfect for families wanting beach access without beachfront prices. Remodeled with tile floors, new appliances, updated baths and new furnishings, all to contribute to your vacation experience.
The living room features ocean view, flat screen TV, air conditioning, high speed and wireless internet, ipod dock, free long distance calling to US and Canada plus sleep sofa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and provides all the dishware, serving and cookware to dine in comfortably.

Lovely water & beach/park view.Right across the street from the beach. Saw turtles in the water from the master bedroom.Condo is well equipped- we had eveything we needed. Clean,quiet butsmall pool. Plenty of parking. Eay access to everything. We can't wait to return! A Beautiful Location!

We were thrilled to be so close to the beach and enjoyed the ocean view from the condo. The unit itself has lots of room and is fully stocked. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the bag of coffee left for us in the kitchen. The location is perfect- there is a grocery store within a mile or so of the unit to purchase anything you might need. We also enjoyed the restaurants in Kihea and really didn't need the car we rented other than to drive to and from the airport. I would highly recommend the unit. I had read other reviews about construction or noise from local restaurants and was pleased to find that wasn't the case. Great experience. We hope to return again soon. Aloha!

This was the best location.The best swimming beach right across the street. Great bbq grills and a very nice grass area. The pool was small but still nice. We will definitely try and get this unit for our next vacation.

Loved the condo. Everthing we needed was there including chairs for the beach and a couple of body boards. We were slightly disappointed in the pool. There was no place to sit in the shade. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and

The location was perfect - and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in this gorgeous condo. The quality of the finishings are of a high standard - the beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The most important feature however, was the location. The beach is only steps away! We are looking forward to our next trip.

there were five of us for q week and six for a week . The perfect location. Tom the property mgr. was good and very friendly. The property was clean and well equiped The kids thought it was great st different times some were on the beach and others at the pool. The grounds are very well looked after and so is the bbqs. The pool is just outside the door. We would all return to this property in a heart beat. New owners have done a great job ofstocking the unit.

The property is close to the road, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Staying in town was what we were looking for. Our stay was due to a wedding. Many of our family complemeted our condo and all of them agreed ours was not as nice as the ones they stayed in.

when you say property do you mean inside? the outside property was awsome but the inside we found not very clean the fans and covers of the lights were full of dirt and bugs inside and out the closet downstairs was dirty with broken chairs and boogie boards the top of the fridge was dirty with black dust we had to pull out the fridge for the fridge guy only to find bagels and other treats the washer itself had a dirty ring around the drum these are just a few things i left a note for the cleaners that read i have cleaned all light fixtures and fans mopped all floors cleaned fridge inside and out did all laundry and made the beds vaccum all rooms and cleaned closets wiped all pictures. i too rent out a lake house on okanagan lake and know it is very difficult to keep tract of your place unless you do it yourself so unless you are cking on the townhouse every so often these things will go missing. also with are beautiful view the windows really needed cleaning along with the screens thanks again overall we really did enjoy are stay.

Overall the condo was in great shape and well equipped for a vacation. The only shortcoming was the lighting. Several lightbulbs were burned out and we replaced them. Then we found more darkness and actually bought our own lightbulbs to replace those not working. The one in the closet under the stairs is still out as are the ones on the patio and in the master corner as we ran out of bulbs. Nice condo otherwise!

Overall, the condo was very nice. The air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom needs replacing as the hose fell out of the window and the hose was not well attached to the unit making it blow hot air into the room.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Kam. Beach Club. Unit C-109 is exceptionally clean, modern, very comfortable. The location is the best in Kihei, you can sit on the ground floor deck and watch the ocean. Not even a full block away from the beach. Walking distance to everything. I would highly recomment the complex and more specifically this unit to anyone. Thank you for a wonderfull stay. Only drawback was that I had to leave!

Location was perfect on this condo. Condo should be cleaned "day of" arrivals or no later than day before. Place needs a good deep cleaning, mainly baseboards,floors and window seals not just a surface clean. Only item missed from the kitchen was a wine and can opener. Maui Management and housekeeper reponded immediately to any of our concerns as well as Tom the manager of the Kamaole Beach Club complex!! Both teams made our trip and stay perfect. Mahalo

The condo certainly lived up to our expectations. The main floor is great, the bedrooms good and the property immaculate. Ideal for a family with kids or teens. Perfect location, close to retaurant and shopping and just steps to the beach. Highly recommended.
