This top(third) floor, two bedroom two bath condominium welcomes you for a relaxing retreat. The comfortable living room features HD TV, DVD player,high speed internet, stereo, air conditioning, and cozy seating.

The newly remodeled kitchen has stunning granite counters, new well stocked cabinets, new appliances, and desk area with a printer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning and ensuite remodeled bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can also convert to a king and ceiling fan.

The laundry facilities are easily accessible from the unit.

The oceanfront, beachfront pool is refreshing after a stroll on the long beautiful beach or swim in the sparkling turquoise ocean. The tropical grounds and fish ponds provide a soothing, relaxed feeling throughout the three story property.

Great location with easy access to stores, eats and beach. Would reccomend a unit closer to the front of the condo as the street noise from traffic and the hotel next door can be a concern. overall a good place to vacation.

We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The place was very nice but a little noisy being next to the laundry room. The second bedroom was very hot without air conditioning. Our kids were hot at night. Besides that, the place was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future!

Very good location and view, my wife and I had a did not want to go home but will be back next year for another three months at the same location.

This resort had the best location on the island! Very nice, not crowded beach just steps away. Nearby resort had lots of options for renting snorkling and stand up paddle boards. The resort was away from all the busy Kihei road traffic and very nice.

A Month in Maui. We did enjoy our stay very much, the condo needed a toaster as the one that was there when we arrived failed and it was replaced the same day. The furniture should be updated, and or cleaned.

The bedspread was also in need of a proper cleaning. If the main bedroom was to get the storm style windows as are found in other units that we have stayed in at the Hale Hui Kai, this would reduce the noise considerably, and also reduce the operating costs of cooling the bedroom. These comments are offered only to improve the unit for the next time we come to Maui. We have already booked this unit again for next year.

nice condo updated comfortable beautiful beach right off the property.the extra bedroom could use ac because you cannot sleep with the blinds open, everyone walking by can gawk at you.beach chairs cooler extra little things that you wont have to purchase are avalable.overall a great place would recomend to a friend.we will be back.Thank You!

Hui Hui Kai #301 is a lovely condo with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time on the beach. Fast internet and a printer, plus HD tv, are some tech features, but the real value of the place comes from its location right atop Keawakapu Beach.

We really liked being able to walk right onto the beach. We have stayed across the road before but this was nicer. The view from the lanai is minimal, and we missed clearly hearing the sound of the ocean from the unit, but the view from the pool area was wonderful, and we spent many hours watching the whales and paddle surfers. Being at the back of the property, we did have a fair amount of road noise during the day. The unit had everything we could possibly want--even office supplies. It was great. The parking lot was tight. People were available and willing to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We have added many good memories to our Hawaii collection. Thanks for letting us share your home.
