Rental Policies

A credit card guarantee is to be completed for all reservations regardless of payment method.


A 3 night deposit is due to confirm a reservation. The reservation may be cancelled unless a completed and signed credit card form is received. 

Reservations booked within 45 days (90 days on Christmas Reservations) of arrival must be guaranteed with a credit card immediately.

Payments can be made with check, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB.

Final payments must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable. Christmas holiday reservations must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable. Month-long and home reservations require the balance 60 days prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy:

Most reservations require a 3 night deposit . Homes require a 50% deposit. All properties require an Accidental Damage Waiver or Refundable Security Deposit. Reservations that are 27 nights or longer require a 7 night deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival (or 90 days for the Christmas holidays) for refund, less a 1 night cancellation fee. For reservations cancelled within the 45 days (90 days for Christmas) no refund will be issued. Reservations that are 27 nights or longer: Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund, less a 3 night cancellation fee.
